These apartments feature expansive closets, premium appliances and in-home laundry, as well as access to all of the one-of-a-kind amenities here at The Lodge.

These rents are set annually using a calculation that determines the "affordable" rent, which is based on the Area Median Income (AMI) for the Boston-Cambridge-Quincy HMFA, therefore the rents of units are subject to change. Residents are responsible for paying the full amount of rent each month. Rents are not based on an applicant's income (unless they already have a Section 8 voucher or similar).
Residents are responsible for gas (heat and hot water), electricity, water, and sewer. One parking space is available for residents and is included in the rent.
Total Monthly Leasing Price includes base rent, all monthly mandatory and any user -selected optional fees. Excludes variable, usage-based, and required charges due at or prior to move-in or at move-out. Security Deposit may change based on screening results, but total will not exceed legal maximums. Some items may be taxed under applicable law. Some fees may not apply to rental homes subject to an affordable program. All fees are subject to application and/or lease terms.
